Mint Offices may receive a commission, referral fee, introduction fee or other payment from an Office Provider when a customer introduced or assisted by Mint Offices enters into an agreement. Such arrangements help fund our service. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, any commission paid to Mint Offices by an Office Provider does not create a separate fee payable by you to Mint Offices.

We will use reasonable efforts to identify options based upon requirements provided to us. However, Mint Offices cannot guarantee that a particular office, building, location or Office Provider will meet every requirement. The final decision as to suitability remains with the prospective occupier.
