City office building in the insurance district next to Lloyd's of London and Leadenhall Market, remodelled by Bogle Architects in 2015. The lobby facade was realigned in frameless glazing beneath a floating canopy so that reception reads continuously with the street; steel gates with a punched pattern close the entrance.; Newly refurbished manned reception with an acid-etched steel desk and a multi-faceted feature wall of interlinked polished stainless steel convex panels, detailed with reference to the neighbouring Lloyd's building. Office floors are Grade A with floor-to-ceiling glazing and good natural light, four-pipe fan coil air conditioning, metal tile suspended ceilings with LED-compliant lighting, and two 8-person passenger lifts.
