A nine-storey office building occupying a prominent corner at the junction of Lloyd's Avenue and Crutched Friars in the eastern City. Built 1961 and refurbished in 2009. No source encountered describes the facade materials.; Column-free floorplates averaging about 2,650 sq ft, on raised access floors with air conditioning and accent lighting; two passenger lifts serve the building. The reception and common parts have been redecorated recently, and there is a balcony.
