New Concordia Wharf, Shad Thames

New Concordia Wharf is a converted warehouse on Shad Thames beside Tower Bridge, 10 minutes' walk from Bermondsey. Built in 1882 as a grain warehouse, it has restored brickwork, and the interior has an open floor with timber floorboards, cast-iron columns and an exposed timber-beamed ceiling. The offices are serviced, so they come furnished and ready to move into, with bills, cleaning and internet in one monthly price. There is a kitchen, and the cobbled streets and riverside of Shad Thames are on the doorstep.
